What is the religion of god

I often have this question in my mind that we have so many different kinds of religion and each religion is then divided into further more divisions. They have different believes and customs about god. Each religion has its own definition of god. I am only talking about our earth. There could be millions of earths in this wide spread universe and god knows how many other religions and believes exists on those planets. 
Everyone is coming up with some strategy to prove that god exists and how he is part of our religion.
The stories are really interesting though. From all these religions, there is a race in between the top 3 to put copyrights over the god and say that god belongs to our religion. 
I just wonder if god really exists then what he would be thinking ? He would either be laughing or crying for the human race he created is fighting with each other on some nonsense things instead of creating something beautiful by working together.

But the good part is, every religion has some stories about what their gods can do, and what will happen at the end of the world or how you would go to hell or heaven. This does not end here, they have different offers to cleanse the soul and to wash out all the sins you have done in past. To do that all you have to do is to be a part of their religion. So you kill thousands and then you go confront your sins to god and god will forgive you ? and then what? ready for another crime? or then you would have doors opened to heaven?
Stories are really amusing but when it comes to marketing part that is where I start finding it irritating and abysmal. 

I sometimes wonder why animals, plants and all the living organisms other than human have been left out of religion. Each religion should go ahead and claim the different species and categories them based on religion too. 

Usually they define god with powers and what kinds of magic he could do. He could lift the mountains, he could walk on the water, he gives you the power of will where you just offer him the prayers and he would do the rest just like that. If you believe, you could lift the mountains. Wow, okey, then I believe in him and I would pray him to give me lots of money. Would I get it then ? 
 He sends his messengers to the earth so that he could teach humans how to live and fear god ?
You must fear god, you must convert people from other religion, if you do that you would get special place in heaven otherwise you would be drag into the hell? What the hell???
These marketing agents comes to you and tell you that our god is the only true god  and other gods are fake or old. If you don't accept our religion you would go to hell to suffer. 

There is really a nice saying in one of the old literature,

"
Karmanye vadhikaraste
--you have the power to act only
ma phaleshu kadachna
--you do not have the power to influence the result
Karmaphalehtur bhurma te
--therefore you must act without the anticipation of the result
sangostvakarmani
--without succumbing to inaction
"
Which makes more sense than the message where you just have to believe and pray and god will complete all your wishes. 
It is us who are responsible for what we do and it is us who would pay for our mistakes, god has no role in this.

The magician also does the magic but he does not become god because he could do magic.
God can do anything or any sort of magic because he is the one and not because he can do magic. 

Initially when god created humans(now there are again different stories of how god created us with different religions but lets leave that part) there was no religion no concept of family and no concept of community. As and when humans started facing trouble in the nature like heavy rain fall, tsunami, earth quake, fire he linked all this to god as it was new for him which he could not explain and it was terrifying him. Which you see common in every religion.So then he started thinking there is a power sitting above us and he is not happy because of our mistakes and thats why he is showing his anger using these mediums of destruction. So now we need to calm him down. To do that we either need to pray or we need to offer him a sacrifice. There are different kinds of sacrifices being offered to the god and mostly those are the animals(You could think how god of thunder, god of fire came into existence). If god created the entire universe, he created us, he created other animals too. Then who gave you rights to kill those animals created by god and offered to him only. Just use your common sense. Suppose you had a fight with your closet friend and then to calm you down, he breaks the gift you gave to him in past and offers that to you, would you be happy?Then how on earth you think that god would be happy with those sacrifices?

Just think this way, if you need a blood, how could your body accepts blood from someone belonging to other religion? If god had created religion, there would not have been any other religion existed. Because every creation of god is perfect and has some purpose. If you can find the mistakes in the messages from so called messengers of god then they are definitely not given by god. If god has a message, it would not change over time and there is no need for any theologian to explain that to us. It would be very simple and self explanatory and perfect in its own sense.

There are scientist who are working day and night finding out the answers of unknowns in this universe and there are stupid marketing agents spending money and time over expanding their religion. 
It is totally up to us whether to believe in something that you dont see or have faith in our self and live your live and make it more meaningful than fighting with each other on these stupid things.

I am not against any religion nor I am against god. All I am saying is believe what you believe in and do what you like just dont sell your religion and insult god in doing so. God has and would never have any religion.
It is created by us and god has no role in it. So believe in what gives you positive energy. Believe what you see and dont trust anything blindly.

Birth of Lord Ganesha

      Lord Ganesha is assumed to be a God of Intelligence. It is a symbol of science.Every year we celebrate Ganesh Festival and it brings joy to everyone .Lord Ganesha is most popular mainly in Maharashtra. You wont find that much craze about Lord Ganesha in south ,north or west side of India. There is a reason why it is so. We have heard many story about Lord Ganesha. Most famous story of Birth of Lord Ganesha is :
Lord Ganesha was created by the sweat of goddess Parvati . Which is unacceptable to me at first place.That means Ganesha is not a biological son of Shankar and Parvati . Shankar was not aware of this creation of parvati and somehow he became angry on him and cut his head (why he did it is another story which I guess everyone might be knowing so I did not mention it here). When Parvati got to know about this, she argued with Shankar and insisted him to bring him alive and then he used a head of baby elephant and attached to Ganesha's dead body and made him alive (That means to make his son alive ,he took life of someone else). I find it funny . That means Gods can go against the rule of Nature. If god has created a Nature and set the rules ,how could he possibly break them . And if Lord Shankar cant control his anger which is a human quality(Anger,Impatient,Selfishness ..etc) then how could he deserved to be devoted and become a god ? Which completely states that this is a story build by a human.Well this is completely new topic and we will discuss about it someday in my new posts. Let us first understand how these stories came and when actually Lord Ganesha came into existence.

     If you see Ramayana and Mahabharata , you wont find anything mentioned anywhere about Lord Ganesha. Even at the era of Gautam Buddha and Mahavir , there are no traces of Lord Ganesha. So when did he actually came into existence ? I tried to find these answer and I personally found that , the existence of  Lord Ganesha came in between 900 -1200  it was even praised during the period of 1200-1400 and praised in Gupta Period but actually got famous at the time of first Bajirao Peshva. If you see, the Ashtavinayaka's (8 avatar's of lord ganesha) can be found near Pune in Maharashtra. Peshve developed Pune and give it a new culture along with new gods which were never existed before. The stories were then created and later on these stories were mixed in Veda's and Upanishida's . The stories of How Lord Ganesh defeated Daityas made him Vighnaharta. Lord Ganesha travels on Mouse(in some idols he travels on peacock, lion and Sesha-the devine serpa and in some sculptures it is without any vahana-it clearly shows how the stories have been made about it. Though later on mouse got famous as his vahana.) which is a symbol of destruction, then how could lord Ganesha possibly be Vighnaharta ? It is found that , during Peshave era , these stories were spread near Pune areas. And we are still following it .(Though there are few references in Tulsi Das's literature and even Ramdaas have praised him ,but I doubt that they might have added later on.)
 
    Lokmanya Tilak later on started Ganesh Festival ,so that people can come together and meet each other. This festival became famous by movies , Actors and Actress and took a wild avatar. The good thing about this god is , though it exists only in stories (at least I believe so ) , people have strong believe on him and they devote him. He is famous from children to old and he is the most lovable God. Basically its a human psychology, when you believe that yes I have offered prayer to god and he is going to listen to me . That gives positive energy to you and which will make things possible ,which you thought are impossible. I will bring some more stories about this in my next posts . Keep visiting ..!!!

      According to me , the definitions of god are very different from any other people . I always ask this question to myself ,does really god exists and if it does exists then in which form ? Does it look like a human or anything else ? I have many questions regarding god ,which I will be sharing with you through this blog. When I was a child , my mother used to tell me ,"God is watching us and if you do wrong thing then god will punish you". Then why don't god punish those terrorists which are still alive and spreading terrorism around the world ? why god don't punish these politicians who are experts of corruption.

      Well , I personally believe that ,god is nothing but an imaginary thing . Many people wont agree with this statement of mine that , 'we created the God and not god created us'; at least those which we can be found in epics , stories and in temples . Many gods of India are migrated from other countries . To give an instance , Lord Dattatraya which is famous in south and few places in India is actually migrated from Egyptian culture . He is very much similar to the Lord Thoth in Egypt and it is found that when Hitler started killing Jews, few of the Jews ran towards Indian oceans and those who could save their lives ,became stable in India and brought their culture in India in different form. Well this is totally different topic and may be will discuss it in our upcoming blogs .

      According to me ,The whole universe represents God . The feeling of being alive is nothing but the existence of God. God might not look like we saw in TV serials or epics and stories. The god that we find in Temples is created by humans . You might find this little hard to digest , because we have started following our ancestors blindly and never actually tried to find out the real truth behind it . One should be able to decide what to follow and what not to . I will bring some more amazing thoughts on gods in my next blogs . Keep reading .
